Vienna, VA – AssociationCIO announced today the appointment of Stephen Shaffer, Chief Information Officer of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, a membership organization of over 415,000 members, to the CIO Advisory Council. Stephen joins a highly distinguished group of other CIOs that have represented some of the country’s most prestigious organizations like the American Council of Radiology, American Hospital Association and American Red Cross.
